Opening next week, non-profit coffee shop Well Grounded Coffee Community is dedicated to employing mothers who are formerly incarcerated. So far, Well Grounded has hired two women who will serve as the shop’s baristas. The founders will also teach their hires how to use a computer and learn bookkeeping.
