Would you like to help people impacted by the criminal justice system find jobs faster?

The Honest Jobs team is facilitating a new research study to see how criminal conviction records are evaluated by HR professionals and hiring managers. The data we collect will be used to help guide formerly incarcerated job seekers towards job opportunities for which they have a high likelihood of successful employment. 

Why you should participate:

  • You will be helping to change lives and reduce recidivism by advancing opportunities for justice-involved individuals

  • Lowered recidivism equates to reduced jail and prison populations, decreased tax dollars spent on incarceration, and increased income tax revenue

Who can participate?

  • Anyone over the age of 21 with experience in human resources and/or making hiring decisions

  • Those with access to a desktop or laptop computer and internet connection

  • Those who can dedicate a minimum of 20 minutes of their time
